We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery, where the product:
- Is faulty or damaged.
- The wrong item is delivered
Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
Your responsibilities
When returning a product, please make sure that it is in good condition, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
If the products are not in a state where they can be resold, it may not be possible to accept the return.

Please be aware that returns are restricted if the warranty is void or on damage inflicted by the user during use.
Product warranty
Most Plannettech products have a warranty period of 12 months. This means that if any of our product develops a fault, we will always offer support for up to two years from the date you received it. However, if it is established that the resulting damage or fault in the product was as a result of a user error, charges shall be levied for the repair or the replacement of the product.
Some products are subject to the supplier’s warranty, which in some cases may be longer or shorter than 12 months. Please check the product specifications for individual suppliers’ warranty information.
